Program terms & eligibility
Up to 3% commission plus the applicable bonus on qualifying repeat closings in calendar year 2026. Close by December 31, 2026. The VIP bonus excludes inventory contracts and cannot combine with another agent bonus. Agent must accompany and register the buyer on the first visit; prior buyer registration can affect eligibility. Full written terms control.

Up to 3% commission on qualifying sales, with a bonus of up to $1,000 on the 2nd closing, $1,500 on the 3rd, $2,000 on the 4th, and $4,000 on the 5th and later qualifying 2026 closings.
